Tracey’s got us covered – mind and matter
We’re really proud to share some brilliant news from within our team - Tracey Fleming, our Operations Director, has officially become a certified Mental Health First Aider!
After completing her training with St John Ambulance, Tracey is now equipped with the skills to support mental wellbeing in the workplace. This means she can recognise when someone might be struggling, listen without judgement, and guide them towards the right kind of help.
At JS Air Curtains, we’ve always believed that work should be a place where people feel happy, healthy, and supported. From our dog-friendly office to our team walks in the fields, looking after each other is part of who we are. Now, with Tracey previously qualified with a degree in psychology and stepping into this new role, we’ve taken another positive step in making sure everyone feels safe to speak up and cared for if things ever get tough.
What Tracey’s accreditation means for the team
- A trained eye and listening ear: Tracey can spot the signs when someone might be struggling and knows how to respond in the right way.
- Confidence to reach out: She’s learned how to start important conversations about mental health and offer support without judgement.
- Breaking down stigma: With Tracey’s knowledge, we can keep building a culture where it’s okay to talk openly about how we’re feeling.
- Official recognition: Tracey is now a certified Mental Health First Aider® – a qualification that lasts for three years.
Mental health matters to all of us - and knowing that we have someone like Tracey looking out for the team makes a real difference. It’s another way we can keep building a workplace where people feel valued, connected, and able to thrive.
So here’s to Tracey! Thank you for bringing your kindness, care, and commitment to all of us.
Healthy minds, happy team - that’s the JS Air Curtains way.
