JS Air Curtains hits Las Vegas for AHR Expo
Earlier this week, the JS Air Curtains team travelled to Las Vegas to attend AHR Expo, one of the most important events in the global HVACR calendar. Bringing together thousands of professionals from across heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration, the show provided a great opportunity to explore new ideas, technologies, and trends shaping the future of building comfort and energy efficiency.
Why AHR Expo is a key industry event
AHR Expo is more than just a chance to walk the show floor - it’s where conversations happen, ideas are shared, and the direction of the HVACR industry starts to take shape. From sustainability and system performance to smarter, more efficient building solutions, the event offered valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the sector today.
For JS Air Curtains, attending AHR is about staying close to these discussions, learning from others in the industry, and bringing that thinking back into the work we do every day.
JS Air Curtains on the ground
Tony, Tracey, and Sarah represented JS in Las Vegas and spent their time doing exactly that - talking, listening, learning, and reconnecting. Between exploring the show floor and diving into discussions around new technologies and approaches, it was a busy few days in the best possible way.
It was particularly good to catch up with industry partners, including the teams at Airtecnics and 2VV. These conversations are always valuable, offering a chance to swap ideas, share experiences, and strengthen relationships that continue to support how we work.
A little sightseeing too
Of course, no trip to the US would be complete without stepping away from the exhibition halls for a moment. Alongside a visit to the Hoover Dam, the team also took the opportunity to see the incredible Grand Canyon - an unforgettable reminder to occasionally look up from the day-to-day and take in the bigger picture.
Looking ahead
We’re now home safe, a little jet-lagged, but full of ideas and inspiration.
A big thank you to the AHR Expo team for hosting such a well-organised and engaging event. The conversations we had and the insights we picked up will help shape our thinking moving forward, and we’re looking forward to continuing those discussions throughout the year.
And if you’re thinking about improving comfort, efficiency, or performance at your building entrance, we’re always happy to talk air curtains. Just get in touch, we’d love to help.
