Introducing the next generation Standesse air curtain

The Standesse air curtain has evolved. The latest generation combines the sleek exposed design and high-performance airflow of the established Standesse with smarter integrated controls, easier installation and improved serviceability.

Designed for entrances where appearance matters as much as performance, the Standesse is well suited to retail spaces, shopping centres, airports, banks, offices and other commercial buildings. Its contemporary exposed design provides effective doorway protection without compromising the look of the entrance.

The fifth-generation model retains the proven airflow, screening efficiency and heating performance of its predecessor, while introducing a number of practical upgrades that make it easier to install, operate and maintain.

Smarter control, now built in

One of the biggest changes is the introduction of the integrated AirGENIO PRIME control system.

Rather than being installed separately, the control is now incorporated and factory-wired within the air curtain, helping to reduce installation time and associated costs.

AirGENIO PRIME provides automatic operation with manual override, helping the air curtain respond more intelligently to changing conditions while maximising efficiency and reducing unnecessary energy use. The intuitive touchscreen controller includes temperature control and programmable timers, with master and slave configurations available for controlling multiple units. BMS connectivity is also supported via Modbus RTU.

For even greater flexibility, AirGENIO PRIME can be extended through a mobile app using a Wi-Fi module, allowing settings to be managed remotely.

Simpler to install. Easier to maintain.

There are a number of practical improvements behind the casing too.

The Standesse's suction cover has been redesigned as a single-piece perforated metal panel. Mounted on hinges and supported by metal latches, it can remain safely open during servicing, giving engineers easier access to the internal components.

The control box has also been redesigned so it can be secured in the open position during installation and maintenance, providing safer and more convenient access to the electrical components.

Water-heated models have been updated too. The spacing between the water coil connections has increased from 38mm to 43mm, making installation and connection easier, while a three-row water coil is now available for the 1m model, offering more choice when it comes to heating capacity.

An optional G1 air filter is also available for water-heated and ambient models, helping to protect internal components from contamination and support reliable performance over time.

The next-generation Standesse is available in 1m, 1.5m, 2m and 2.5m lengths, with AC or EC fan options and electric, LPHW or ambient configurations. This flexibility makes it easier to select the right model for the entrance, balancing airflow performance, heating requirements, energy efficiency and aesthetics.

With smarter controls built in and a series of thoughtful improvements behind the scenes, the latest Standesse takes an already proven air curtain and makes it even easier to install, operate and maintain.
