Windbox Recessed - suspended ceiling air curtain


This attractive air curtain, for use in suspended ceilings, has separated air intake and outlets in order to avoid circulation of air. This increases efficiency of the unit and maintains a strong seal across a doorway.

The Windox Recessed is available in 0.5m lengths from 1 to 2.5m. The air outputs range from 1,250m³/h for the 1m model to 6,475m³/h for the 2.5m unit. This makes the unit suitable for ceiling heights up to 3.5m high.

It has a self-supporting casing constructed from zinc plated steel, ready to be installed into a false ceiling. The inlet and blow-out nozzles are integrated into a single white frame in white RAL 9016. Other RAL colours are available on request.

Low noise centrifugal double inlet fans are driven by an external five-speed rotor motor with built-in thermal protection.

The Windbox Recessed is available in electric or low pressure hot water heated options, as well as air only.

The vanes on the air outlet are adjustable to direct the air stream and provide a tight seal across a doorway.

The air curtain comes with a control panel and 20m of telephonic cable with RJ45 plug and play connectors. Alternatively it can be controlled via a BMS.
