JS Air Curtains Installation department will guide you through from product specification and initial concepts, to product training and handover.
As well as helping you select the most suitable air curtain for your requirements and budget JS will ensure you are kept fully aware throughout the project of all the elements involved in its installation.
Your project manager will act as your single point of contact and guide you through the following stages:
1 - Reaffirm all specifications, as detailed in the order, are suitable for your requirements having carried out a full assessment of the project.
2 - Produce detailed technical drawings of the installation for your comment and approval.
3 - Prepare and submit all required documentation for the project including a detailed risk assessment, method statement laying out exactly what will be done and how, and a programme schedule.
4 - Once all documentation and drawings are approved the project will progress to the installation phase. Our fully qualified team of installers will arrive on site as per the agreed schedule and carry out the installation as detailed in the method statement. All JS contractors are SAFE Contractor and CHAS approved.
5 - Following the installation, your project manager will carry out a "snagging meeting" with you on site to ensure your requirements have been fully met. Any modifications required are discussed and satisfied at this stage.
6 - Finally at the handover stage, product training will be given in operation and maintenance and all relevant product literature provided.
