JS Air Curtains is launching the new elegant Comtesse air curtain with a stylish oval design and built-in lighting system.

The Comtesse is available with water heating, electric heating or as an air only unit. Unlike other standard air curtains, the electrically heated model incorporates new wire heating elements that allow the unit to reach the set temperature within three seconds. Regular air curtains can take up to two minutes to reach the required temperature.

The Comtesse’s new wire elements also provide energy savings of up to 20% when compared to standard heating elements.

The elegant design of the Comtesse will make a feature of any entrance and an internal strip light situated along the air vents provides added illumination to a doorway. The units are available in the standard silver metallic finish or can be provided in any RAL colour to suit an interior.

Up to six Comtesse air curtains can be chained together and individually controlled from one advanced controller. Each air curtain in the chain can be given its own signals and operate independently from the others. The new controller also incorporates an error indication feature, service mode and an internal diagnostic system.

The Comtesse is available in 1m, 1.5m and 2m lengths and has adjustable outlet vanes for directional airflow providing effective seals across doorways.

Each air curtain from JS Air Curtains comes with a two-year warranty as standard and is backed-up with an installation service, if required.
